Linda is a professional and well established, Cornish based artist with a worldwide reputation. Linda has been painting since her early teens and always won art competitions at school especially subjects on nature. Initially trained in figurative art in Hampshire therefore portraits are her speciality. An extremely versatile artist she works in many mediums but watercolour is a favourite. Influenced by the old masters such as Vermeer and Rembrandt Linda paints in many layers to create a life-like painting with depth and an almost three dimensional look.
